The place is reasonably clean. The room is modern. The staff is helpful and very attentive. The room is reasonably priced. It offers a favorable and absolutely perfect location close to Wrightsville Beach, many restaurants, and downtown Wilmington.

The staff at this hotel are very helpful. The rooms are cheap, good-sized, and come equipped with an iron and coffee. The hotel has an excellent location in downtown Wilmington. It is conveniently located just 0.5 miles from the Wilmington International airport.

The room was decent, recently updated. The exterior is a 40 year old motel. Moldy washcloths under Ac units trying to divert the condensation. Felt comfortable in the room but outside was unpleasant

We have stayed here before and probably will again. I like that you can park your car right up to the door of many rooms. The beds are very comfortable. And, it was easy to find area attractions from the hotels location.
There was a lot of kids staying here this time and they overran the whole pool. Maybe you could put a roped off area for the children. I also didn't like that you could only get to the second floor by the ends of the building on stairs with all your luggage.
